I gotta admit, I was pretty frustrated at the lack of attention to detail, as well as what apparently amounts to complete inaccuracies. This is the best foot the company can put forward? Every shareholder with Franklin should be absolutely beside themselves at such poor presentation, Cork. As shareholders, we're wanting the company to present itself to the world in such a way as to help create value. This was simply disorganized, tactless, and contained incorrect information, like it was released by a secretary on the way out the door for lunch. Petty may have great connections, and he may be an ace at one-on-one type communication, but in my humble opinion he's hurting shareholder value by releasing PRs that sound like they were written on a napkin in a conversation with a colleague over a drink.
Am I off base?
