I for one like IHUB and pleased people did not attack PLO and start insulting him like you see on other bds. I can see he really thought it was 23rd and these things can always change. These deals are always changing when still being worked on. Could be done and still after signed have short period to reconsider. Could be someone had to move closing do to other issues etc. Just never know when doing these. We will see but if no news by end of Q3 I will be surprised.
