Depends on their source of financing. And if they are real, they could still advance their technology or sell one of their products. Make some revenue... might be a dream... I know.... but a R/S makes no sense at the moment. And if we see the stock being pumped that will not happen by announcing a 'intent partner'. Will not move them as they had too many MOUs out so far. But let's just wait'n see....
