ROO "We have got one in Advanced Negotiations.""No Worries" Addax is dying to announce the ROO. In my experience advanced negotiation means dotting I's and crossing T's. The important stuff is agreed upon. They have already missed a few deadlines, why would they set themselves up to miss another??
If they do not get this ROO, they will look rediculous for making the previous statements. We will be drilling very soon!!!IMHO Very Long and Very Strong!!!
