HGLC stock isn't worth a half penny, let alone a few pennies. The market cap as it stands exceeds that of CDE which is a real company and has large active mining operations. The only reason the stock trades as high as it does is because the float is tightly controlled by Lumb interests and they have not yet tried to dump a lot of it on the public. But hold on. A heavy dump attempt is likely coming very soon.
There are 294 BILLION shares outstanding in HGLC which gives it an actual market cap which exceeds one billion dollars. That is far too hefty for a company which doesn't have even a tiny miniscule fraction of that in real assets.

All following figures were then based on that.
And using in theory of HGLC going to $1, was based on a fact it was at $3, just 5 months ago, per May/20/2008 historical data of HGLC.
However, the underlying ideal was whether the divvy time-line was based on “Pending” sale of HGLC to a “qualified buyer”.
And/Or at which time, providing the PPS of HGLC goes to a “Premium” to what it’s trading at now, there may then be a disposal of shares currently held by FFGO in HGLC?.
Remember, subsequent PR’s keeps reminding us that the current PPS of HGLC is “Undervalued”.
Upon HGLC’s PPS reaching this “Premium” value, Then will likely be the “Disposal” of FFGO’s shares held in HGLC?.
the “Proceeds” from that sale would be divvied to FFGO Shareholders?, likely at an “Extraordinary Dividend” of “.0239” per current share owned as of the “Record Date”?, (which has yet to be announced).
In another thought, why would FFGO decide to buy such a mammoth amount of shares in HGLC?
Unless (Perhaps) HGLC is about to (or someone knows it’s about to) make a hell of a run and consequently take FFGO and in some sense, its current shareholders –as of the record date, along with it.

In general,
I have never enjoyed the soap opera (or sitcom) as much as I do on this stock.
FFGO has a storybook I look forward to reading each time I’m at a terminal -LOL!
