WPOSullivan, typical OTCBB stock;
Granted, SPNG has a product that is visible, available and apparently selling well.
Common shareholders will never benefit from the business.
It is the ruse of the penny stock market. People "invest" thinking just because they bought some stock that they are a participant in the company when in most cases they are simply funding it. All of the tell-tale signs are there;
-Increasing O/S
-Claims of buyback
-Naked short card played
-Press Release after Press Release
-T-Trades at Bid
Veterans of OTCBB and Pink Sheet stocks should be able to come up with examples of stocks with all of the above that proved to be diluting while distracting. Claiming the "naked short" is the biggest red flag of them all. Look at how riled up it has everyone where they will not listen to anything else.
Good luck.
