In my business dealings when an investment went sour or a company folded I have taken full responsibility and never shifted the blame. Either you are a man or a scroundrel. Knowing how you worked hard in Houston to make an honest dollar, but fearing that you were recently playing the housing investment game for fun and profit, I have doubts about your financial integrity now.
