Actually quite positive IMO! But of course you think that a multi-million contract in oil and gas is done my shaking hands and in more or less 1 minute of conversation right? LMAO! This thing need Regional and governmental approval! Apart from that you´re probably looking at lawyers redoing contracts and obviously financiers wanting to be sure that everything is alright! But surely all this just goes by in a blink of an eye right! Or as you state: They have begun to begin" because you thing that they are not moving fast enough!
