ezx... :-) ... The legacy debt "broke" this thing, along with TS clamming up in the face of adversity... His "fiduciary obligations" will force him to take action to correct the "missed" debt ... He must take action against his lawyers, (their Errors and Omissions policy will pay), or, he may face a class action...especially if we have shareholders who are lawyers ...gl in getting answers from IR or TS ...Do we still answer the corporate phone as "WiseBuys" ? ... Does he still have all of his ? ... Where's the new aquisition PR'd on 6/23/08 ? ... Shouldn't he at least give us an update since he used the PR to sell shares? ... We are 3 months down the road from a few weeks....
