bobkubecka, it's hard to clarify a resistance level in this situation imo. I can say that there was someone selling through SCHB the past few days and that the selling is complete or very near completion judging from his (SCHBs) movement today.

There really aren't too many shares out there (12M ish) to be traded. This will be similar to an S8 play where you get a nice pop when the seller has dried up. But that isn't even the beefy part, the beef is that there are many significant events happening with AVTX as one can see in the latest 10Q.

I hate to speculate on a near term price but .20 could be hit very quickly. Then we re-evaluate from there.
