Then why does the SEC have the power to halt trading of Pink Sheet stocks? Why does the SEC accept financial and other SEC filings from Pink Sheet stocks? Doesn't matter anyway. The dividend trumps any SEC short selling rules.

Rule of law pertains across the board for all
public traded companies even BIHC -IMO

If it doesn't I'll start a Pink sheet Company
and call it Microsoft with Warren Buffet as CEO.
