I wish to rescind my "Amen" to your post. Although there has been (IMO) a failure to manage communications appropriately, and to measure up in the sense that is expected in "performance measured" companies, I do not believe that there were any "false" promises. Maybe, inaccurate, over-zealous and yet to be realized but not intentionally "False".

Hopefully, the Cortex management team is diligently pursuing a partnership, dogging the CRO and driving the pipeline forward while we wait.

I think something big is brewing at Cortex and don't think we will be forever public..in fact I think less than 2 years. Glaxo and SGP doing more work and maybe something @ Servier ( remember they didn't want to end our deal with them early) You see Tran, Street and Varney continue on thru this messy period, albeit accumulating cheap stock options-not to mention the previous names, Stoll, Coleman, BOD and Messinger. The stock is way underpriced right now.
