The SEC ruling is across the board(s).

It may take a while but the brokerage houses are emailing their clients who take short positions to settle up. The markets are in a state of flux now. SEC is looking for targets to show they have "teeth". Overstock lawsuit is gaining coverage. It all adds up.

For that account it has to be for BIHC
as BIHC is the only stock holding in that account
and share holdings we have is well above the float.
But, I suspect it was meant universally for any
holdings. BIHC was not specifically noted in the notice.
