Agreed. I understand shorting creating "market action", however, when it causes firms like AIG,LEH and others to fail and people to lose alot of their retirements,people lose their jobs, etc etc etc is it really worth driving a company into the ground to make a buck shorting?
peorge- a very large majority of penny stocks are shorted off shore. SEC can do nothing to stop that on foreign exchanges. Hedge funds and toxic financiers set up foreign entities in off shore locations for that sole purpose.
According to report this am 799 stocks are on the list CCMJ and others are not Heh Heh. (I'm not in that one just alot of infighting over there figured I'd pour some gasoline on the fire)
