we have an "OT" rule here at the WU in reference to stocks that are not part of the WU portfolio.

I've been thinking about removing the OT rule as well Matador. While it can be confusing for some I think it will invite a more open forum and discussion on stock play possibilities.

As a matter of fact....let's rescind the OT rule and see how it goes for a couple of weeks.
