This is why stocks can be over and under valued.

Actually the market determines the PPS. The CEO manages the company and it's events, we (the market) set the PPS.

Too many Pink CEO think that is there job, Managing the PPS. That is the furthest thing from Eric's mind. His work task list is this.

1) Create a Plan - Done
2) Assememble a tean - Done
3) Create a product - Done
4) Get the product on the shelves - Done
5) Get a major Account - Done ( CTA canada )
6) Expand Product line - Done ( Kind , Wet cleaning, Track moist)
7) Get some smaller accounts, ( Not all eggs in one basket) - Done
8) Get more major accounts - Done ( HD wal-mart Cdn )
9) Start to create consumer demand - Done ( radio tv ads )
10) Expand inital market - Done ( Ireland, China, exico )
11) expand deliver chain - done ( Numerous mom/pop stores, small regional chains )

Forgot, Create Production capacity that is growable - Done ( Surfil )
Forgot - R & D a new needed product - Done - Niagra Mist had a basket full of formuli, not being market.
