He's not working for free... he claims he isn't taking a salary but is a significant shareholder. Dumping shares or selling them privately is not being paid but it sure as heck is being rewarded.
As CEO he owes the shareholders disclosure about who he is. If he owned less than 10% of the shares and held no position of control be it official or realistic, I would agree but he controls this company and everything it does.
Let's look at it from the other side.. what reason would he have for not disclosing his resume/bio? What's he hiding?
