I never said I was naked short selling. My broker doesnt "naked" short stocks. The shares are located before the short order is even approved.

It will never work. Who's going to watch these crooked MM's and brokerages all day long? DTC is the only one to enforce this demanding the three days closing provided this agency is not in bed with the crooks.
