That makes no sense invest1980. Actually, like in so many cases you see played out on TV, as the uncompromising DA, I am gathering information. I'm building my case... and like on CSI, I am making sure that proof supports my conclusions.
As you recall, I came here with no opinion and began doing the same thing I always do, researching. By the way, I should tell you that for every company I report on there are many that I research and pass on.
The Defense team, well it is formidable. We got you and MRSMITH1 and the rest of the cast of supporters. I'm sure Capt. Jack will do his best to support you as well but I doubt he will bring out the big guns like the audited financial statements. If it holds true to form, the attack dogs will be out in force doing their best to smear me and to distract people from paying attention to the message. Heck, they might even pull a hail Mary and bounce me off the thread.
As to the jury, well that will be you and all the folks with cash in the stock. Also the potential investors will judge. They will decide in the end if I presented a solid case or was just another basher with a lot of style and little substance.
Of course, the real judge will be the SEC as they are the ones that pass final judgment on my work in every case.
PS: Audited financial statements are not like a new operating system. It's about counting. I've done enough SEC audits to know what's involved. I've also seen countless companies promise yet not deliver audited financials. It's one of the mainstays of the pink sheet company tricks.
