Oh really??? I saw where they claimed China Plus agreed to purchase 70 million at $.124 the day after the stock trades at $.125 or above and I saw where the company said it intends on buying back stock at $.07 but where does the company represent it will buy back stock at $.124 from shareholders? Did they complete the $.07 buyback announced in 2006?
Why not buy it back at $.25 or better yet $10.00? Makes about as much sense...
Personally, I wouldn't worry about the deal being limited to insiders only. The stock is a long way from $.125... a very long way and much will transpire betwixt here and there...
Of course China Plus is the largest shareholder in Buzz, or so they say so the whole thing is bogus when you get right down to it.
I'd suggest you not hold your breath for the $.124. Perhaps if you put a 0 or two after the "." and before the 1...
