The Company expects to announce a final decision on the sale of certain of its subsidiary companies and other portfolio holdings in due course”

2008-09-16 14:34 ET - News Release : The sale of the Company's holdings in both "Bouse" and in "South Copperstone" are a "done deal." The Stock Dividend will be declared upon the Company's receipt of the stock received in respect of this sale; and as previously announced. This is expected to complete this week
