... without that trade restriction some would have sold at a higher price. Forcing that sort of 'large' sell into on AON order means the price you're going to get could be way on down there in a weak stock like NEOM.

Somebody just wanted to dump. Even YAGI would have a hard time making money selling at .003 , wouldn't they? I mean, how low has the PPS been in the last 30 days?
