The way that is done Clawmann ...

... is to announce in a CC and PR at the same time. It's done all the time. PR hits the wires just before the CC , then they can talk about it in the CC , everybody is happy.

Those who expected anything worth anything to come out of this CC or to be announced in conjunction with it must be disappointed.
