I personally do not think the SEC actions will do anything in the long run.
This is just short term posturing to appease the masses.
Much like the rest of organized crime enforcement,, they will take down a few small scapegoats and then it will be back to business as usual.

Unit not until they rain in market makers. They have been trying to go after hedge funds. Its allowing market makers to naked short that is the problem. They need to just say to all no naked shorting even mms.
