yea, i'd really like to know what all these out of the bid/ask trades have been over the past several weeks.

When someone is motivated to dump quickly ....

.... obviously they have to dump below the best bid.

The best bid might be for a relatively small number of shares.

Someone was motivated to sell , and someone was bottom-fishing , or a MM bought them figuring there will always be another little run where they can profit.
