I haven't looked at the finances but do know that they have a large commercial lines coverage and in some segments are primary players that could not easily be replaced at the drop of a hat. Because risk management sets rating standards, if they fall below a certain level, risk managements will have to allow a rating exclusion or send out letters saying that your insurer no longer meets the grade we require....

Such an event could cause a turmoil.
