At the moment it's hard to tell what these markets will do...the company is not healthy obviously but the market may go apeshit and reward AIG with a higher PPS because it managed to sucker the American sheeple into a bail out...
The Market has gone crazy...I won't attempt to call it...
Over all the trend is DOWN...might have some "breath taking bear market rallies" but the writing is on the wall...the system is failing. AIG is just a symptom of the much larger problem...
Alt-A has yet to hit, subprime isn't close to "over", cnsumer debt like cars and credit cards are just starting to kick into default...commercial realestate hasn't even started defaulting yet but it will...
Banks are still not lending...
There is no reason for AIG to go to 10 bux but that doesn't mean it won't...
