Bottom line folks. If Wayne wasn't diluting, why can't he ungag the ta? I don't know of too many shareholders that wouldn't appreciate that. At the same time, if he is not diluting(lol), that would certainly clear his name. It's really that simple and very hard to believe you guys don't get it. Perhaps you're in denial.
