ASFX news: American Scientific Resources Re-engages the Services of Southridge Investment Group

American Scientific Resources, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ASFX) today announced that the Company has re-engaged the services of Southridge Investment Group. ASFX originally engaged Southridge Investment Group, a diversified financial holding company, in December 2006, and has once again appointed them to assist the company in meeting both its short-term and long-term operational and marketing capital needs.
Southridge will help to provide financing for costs incurred through operations and marketing by American Scientific and the Company’s subsidiary, Kidz-Med, Inc., a leading provider of innovative health and safety devices for children.
