That is an absolute lie. 100% false. INCL trades on an unsolicited basis which means MM's can only match customer orders and are unable to solicit shares based on a published bid/ask.

MM's are not looking for, nor do they need shares as they are only allowed to match customer orders for this stock.

Any other talk is pure fabrication and used solely as mesage board material to try and generate some excitement for the stock.
