Look it's the deficit dummy not some chest beating know it all saying I told you so. This guy is just another megaphone lung. Experts have been ringing alarm bells for years this won't be pretty and it won't repair itself. There are hard lessons to be learned and they are on there way like it or not. Once the machinery is in Florida the contracts will come but it takes MONEY. Tire recycling is a necessary industry. With a 40% jump on the rest of the recyclers TPE's will sell. It can be a roaring success even in a recession because people still need to get around, but Magnum have to get there act together and soon for there own benefit.
