Look at the FTD (Fails To Deliver) chart. It is supplied by the DTCC from data provided by the SEC. Notice how the FTD chart for RCCH goes through the roof on RCCH in June. It is a shame that it appears to be only updated on a quarterly basis. I would love to see this chart from June to the present. I believe this chart deals with NSS and not legal short selling. That is why RCCH has never shown up on the SHO list. There is a lot of information on NSS supplied by clicking on the links in the left column. What happens if more then is in the float is held by long term investors ???? Hoping that Mr. Robert Greene from the SEC who as everybody knows is on the case. GLTA.
