...Programming Has Been Temporarily Lost.

Flew in last night on a Frontier Airlines flight from Denver with a DirectTV IFE system mounted in the seatback
of an Airbus aircraft.

After receiving the above message about 30 times during the 3 hour flight, I can wholeheartedly say that the system sux. Big time.

Besides the loss of communication, the programming, a direct feed of basic cable, was irritating to my side passengers, as I was continually flipping channels to find something to watch. Although there were a few ballgames on, I'm a movie man, and there wasn't one acceptable movie channel.

The flight was full from Denver, but less than 10% opted to pay the $5 surcharge to access the system.
I can see why.

In defense of Frontier, they are coming out with a new IFE system in July of 2004. I hope they do a better job.

I need no explanation to understand why TED is looking at the digEplayer as a backup system. As far as I'm concerned
though, I think it should be the system of choice.

I just wish I had that option.

In closing, if this is the best competition for the digEplayer, I think we're golden. I believe more airlines will eventually go for our player.

Hold your shares and stay long...this stock will get interesting.
