Well, Google Earth shows they are located near a small waterway, but they are up at about 145 feet in elevation... so at least there won't have been an issue with storm surge and the sort of devastation you are seeing on CNN tonight on Galveston Island.
There is not power or water down near the water front and they are saying there won't be for a month... but there aren't any structures left standing there anyway...
Over the weekend CNN showed a map with the power outages, which pretty well covered all of Houston. I'd guess it might still be a while before there is power in a good part of Houston, but typically most of the urban area businesses will come back up before the residential areas.
That still leaves potential for wind damage to offices, so hopefully they didn't get offices facing into the wind on an upper floor...
