good, logical observation.
This isn't going to make me change my investment but that's not a good sign no matter how you spin it.
Could have been a personal matter, but it does make you wonder.

mark a, the 8k very clearly says that the former director resigned "to concentrate on his personal business interests."

I knew "you" would put a negative spin on this.

ps. There have only been 2 directors that have resigned within the last couple of years and not in consecutive months.
