A few things we have to do for licensing-

1- smoke detector on each floor - done (we have one in every room of the house)

2- buy 2 fire extinguisers

3- Get a land line (digital phones are not acceptable)

4- remove all extension chords from the house

* Fire marshall inspection
* get finger printed
