Well if you think it will get that low then good for you, but there isn't enough stock in the newly approved A/S to cover the conversion at that share price, so I don't think the cd holder will ever let it get that low, they'd lose too much money in doing so.

"i think .0008 is a good buy"....Questioning my own thoughts...I believed .0008 was a good entry also...see my 08/26/08 post..the SP was .017 then...dropped faster than I thought...if this dumping continues...and the SP reaches .0008 QUICKLY, I'm thinking .0008 is too high still..you maybe correct for a bounce...but...I am not sure enough to risk $$$ right now...imho

You are absolutely correct....but this one's has dropped 95% in 3 months and a huge A/S increase coming...look for another 95%...down to .0008...no reason to buy the "half of the OTCBB" which is clearly going down....wait until dilution ends....imho"
