Per the last 10-Q, CSMG owns 86% of the stock of LTC. The minority holder of LTC does not have a similar stake in CSMG.

"The live tissue bonding operations are through Live Tissue Connect, Inc., a subsidiary that is owned 86% by the Company."

My understanding is CSMG would own 51% of LTC stock after the IPO.
