There is never any reasoning to the pricing of OTC securities. One day there is a couple thousand at the bid and it goes in the toilet. Today there has been 20 million and the bid rises. Huh??? I would love to speculate that the MM's must know something and are accumulating with the intent to take it up, but that would just be speculation ;) My opinions of course....
Sent email to Jack about # of o/s of HTOG nad UPDV and have not gotten a reply. He has always gotten back to me before. Hope this is not dillution. Maybe someone else can try to get an answer from Jack.
Remember if the price is not going significantly higher for the day if you want you could accumulate and buy at the bid exp. if high sums of shares! It is possible many are trying to buy at the bid and get filled. Collecting shares. Why not try?

Exactly they NITE have to resell higher. Nothing to worry about as it seems that the price is not dropping today.
I use Quotestream Level II and see of course the red and green but I see too a lot of filling in white. IMO
