The buy back is them purchasing or trading the PGPM shares for ACLE shares in which when the completion of the buyback is done you should be holding ACLE shares and or paid for your shares and PGPM. It then will stop trading and become the shell for the drilling portion of the other companies. The full details have not been shared yet we are waiting for that and some here believe that we will continue to have PGPM share and the dividend payment would be the shares of ACLE and tons of other scenarios but only time will tell. This is all speculation on all of our parts sharing different scenarios of what could happen in the coming weeks.
