Exactly this company has tangible assets and cash and will have a lot more cash on the merger. As stated in the PR a couple days back they have no reason ito increase shares. They know we are going to have a lot more cash now that we are going into 500 new stores, working on deals to get into more and the merger deal Heck who would not load the boat at these levels.
