I dont know what is up with Envit, but i think some big news is coming too, because Ed stopped answering my questions about the company and told me to just be patient and wait for more updates from Envit after the shares get distributed.

Ed told me via E-Mail last week when I asked when we should expect the conference call that he spoke of in the 8/25/08 PR that everything is on hold while they are focused on some sort of business matter of utmost importance. Between that and this share distribution delay, I think any news is on hold for now. Logically, Envit went public for a reason. They are probably trying to buy another financial firm at firesale prices using their stock, which would be good for current shareholders. The conference call would be nice to help us understand Envit and their plans, and boost the stock.

When I spoke with them last week, it was strictly about the sh conversion. As previously stated, things are in the works, and there are/were some issues with the frtl shell and the previous transfer agents going back many years.
