In a nutshell. They raised the A/S 500 million and the O/S went up with it but not 500 million. The company did not PR this info but a Poster here found it and posted it. They haven't or are unwilling to say what they paid for I M&M. They will not respond to what the new share structure is. Lots of shares were dumped killing the momo. Peeps left for other opportunities. Most investors now have 0 confidence in the CEO or his stock.
