I have had several contacts with StockPatrol(Rob)...for sometime now, I think since the SEC deemed Birman Managed Care k/n/a Alcar Chemical its no longer an illegal shell IMO.... ACMG is to (hot) to touch,SMOKING with OSC/SEC/Law Enforcement/Trial Lawyers ect IMO .
His Lawyers have been at this for a while,he has my email address and number.
