Wolk is being told by his lawyers that the money is this week. We have all heard it before and so has he.
The important thing to remember here is, that Wolk is still saying that he wants this deal to happen. UBS is screwing around not coughing up the money. How they get away with it is a mystery.
if I was Wolk and had lost interest in this I'd just say so.

I think Bob is working on other financing but it is hard market out there . i think there is a better than good chance this will happen.
They certainly did talk about the financing! Bobs connection to Beryl is cemented by the music.They are both Patriots and dedicated to making this a 'better world' All proceeds from the CD will be donated to Veterans and patriotic causes. The financing will happen, not only from Wolk, but other sources also. It could be any day, any minute...it will happen. I only envy the people that are getting in at these levels.
