The INCL amount for the Authorized Shares (AS) was not the only part that was reduced. The INCL amount for the Outstanding Shares (OS) and the Float was reduced down by 1 billion shares too.
From researching through the volume history over the past few months, I feel safe to think that over half of the 1.1 billion Float has already been absorbed. I think there are probably only about 300 to 400 million shares remaining in the Float to be absorbed at worst.
From looking at the background of the TEAM that has been assembled thus far, I get the feeling that something very big is being put together that will have plenty of substance that will challenge the complete absorption of the float.
