I totally understand. The Weeeeeee posts and those who can't stand critical thinking turn me off big time, and the asfx board has plenty of them, especially since many there are sitting on a multibagger already. Don't forget, you've operated along those lines before yourself as far as being a very staunch defender of your boards... I've already had a few posts deleted over there because I refused to accept the mods trying to ignore the share structure as filed in order to make it look more appealing by basing it on outdated info. (I did win that battle) I suspect the tenor of the board will change as more seasoned investors buy up the float and the pinky players move on (assuming that happens). The reason I got interested in it is primarily their ability to obtain a 5 million dollar credit facility without using shares as collateral. That made me dig to see why/how that could be, since I've never seen it before in pinkyville other than with certain established companies that are pink simply because they don't want the expense and hassle of dealing with filing requirements. The more salient points I discoverd are the following:
1) They went back and filed 4 years of audited financials. I don't know if this was just so they could obtain the financing or if there are other underlying reasons...my guess is that it is a combination of both. They have subsequently filed 2 quarterlies as well.
2) The AS was REDUCED from 700 million to 250 million not too long before the financing was secured. This told me they don't plan on diluting further.
3) They have verifiable product(s) and business model. The flagship product is available online at several locations and also at your local Walgreens with other big name retailers coming on board.
4) The company is at the right place in its growth phase to see tremendous upside from here if they can execute their plan, and I believe the scales are tipped in their favor with decent management and the credit facility. Those loaning the money have seen enough to satisfy themselves, and I'm sure they know much more than I do.
Would still like to read your final wrap on hemi. As I recall, we exchanged a couple of emails about how KA could be still issueing shares despite what was stated in the pr's and wording the pr's in such a manner as to deceive those reading them, and then you parted company.
Have a nice day
