Gmenfan - The new administration of "visionaries" has had since November to issue a development and financing plan for the property and seems to have made no progress based on the continuing lack of disclosure...

Interesting to note that the Laidlaw-Berlin project will create MORE new jobs than the CP proposal, contribute MORE new tax revenues than the CP proposal, provide MORE outside investment into the Berlin community than the CP proposal, and offer MORE economic diversification than the CP proposal... The State of NH will be looking closely at those hard facts when deciding whether to approve the Laidlaw project is in the best interests of the State of NH...

Also interesting to note that although CP has been considering a biomass facility in Berlin for as long as Laidlaw has, apparently CP has been unsuccessful thus far in securing financing for its proposed facility...
