Alliecorp, thanks for bringing the facts
regarding Note 2 of the June 30 141 Financial Statement to this board. There are three 141 Cap' revenue sources (still) in place.
(1) Trading customer capital under a limited power of attorney.
Under a 506 filing 141 Capital's goal for this type trading was
$ 10 million and if the Company reached this goal with their trading software rumored at 85% profitable trades the coming trading report could blow the present share price sky high.
(2) Trading its own capital.
Under a 504 filing for $ 1 million the Company will use the money to pay expenses - R&D, templates, salaries, ad blitz, etc.
(3) Sales of subscription accounts for trading recommendations. This includes 141 providing the trader Excel based templates.
(These are the accounts 141 salespeople will not be allowed to trade). Previously 141 Cap' indicated the subscriptions might sell for around $ 1,200 a month and it thought 500 subscriptions might be sold this year.

Naysayers claim the lack of information coming from 141 Capital is indicative of bad things. I've mentioned before that 141 could be doing a rope-a-dope and might totally startle Wall Street with an exceptionally good initial earnings report.
