He's talking about margin calls in other issues. I buy NNVC out of my margin account so if there were a margin call it could affect my NNVC position.

I'm talking about ppl. getting margin calls on their accounts in general... not specifically w.r.t. NNVC. And yes, many many ppl. I know of are playing with FNM, FRE etc. (which imo is asking for trouble if you read the structure of the deal(s) - but that's another topic).
